As long as your order has not been processed we can still take in any change requests.
You can log into your Satori account using the email address and the password you created to change the details of your order.
Alternatively, you may send us a special request through our email regarding the changes in your order.
You will be able to track the status of your order by logging in to our platform. You will receive a tracking number with our confirmation email once we have processed your order.
Give us a few days to process orders especially for Cash-on-Delivery, and manual orders through our messenger or social media inbox.
For debit or credit cards, a confirmation email will be sent automatically upon order.
All orders done manually or using the cash-on-delivery basis will undergo another step to successfully process their orders. A cancelled order will result from the incomplete details submitted to our system.
